Due to shipping costs, all sales are final once the item has been shipped. Exchanges are allowed but must be paid for by the customer. For larger items shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload), shipping charges will be billed separately. We will refund the entire purchase amount if shipping fee too high and customer wants to cancel. All shipping fees must be paid in ful prior to shipping out product. We advise item if fully inspected once it is delivered to inspect for any damages that may have occured during transit.
